1. Click the button to download the QuickSupport installer.

2. Launch the downloaded program.
It may be in your Downloads folder.
When running the program it will automatically notify us.
There’s no need let us know the Session code or anything.


3. Please minimize or close all live trading apps and
wait until we join the session.


To end the support session, just quit the program.
This ensures your computer cannot be remotely accessed any more until you download and run the program again.
