Do I have to provide my credit card details when starting the trial?

No. We will ask for your credit card information and contact details
when you upgrade.

Will the free trial automatically convert into a paid subscription?

No it doesn’t. At the end of the trial you will be asked if you want to
upgrade to a paid plan. Then we will ask for your payment details.

Do you offer a money back guarantee?

We do not. Instead, we offer the 14-day free trial so you can familiarize
yourself with our software with the least amount of hassle.

What if I start on a monthly plan, can I change to a quarterly, annually or lifetime plan?

Yes you can.

Can I upgrade my plan to include more features?

Yes you can upgrade your plan at any moment to Pro or Ultimate.
The system will automatically calculate the remainder for the
payment frequency you are on.

Which plan will I get on the free trial?

During the free trial you will be on the Ultimate plan so you can
experience all the features that DeltaPrint© has to offer.

When were the current plans added?

They were added in June 2020.

My subscription is from before June 2020. Can I change to a new plan?

You have been automatically moved over to the XYZ plan.
