T’was the week before Christmas and all through exchanges, not a creature was stirring, not even a . . . come on people . . . do you really think that it’s “quiet” between now and the end of the year?
OK, if you are on vacation and have simply “turned off those machines” (thank you shout out to “Trading Places”) enjoy it. If not, expect the same amount of volatility over the next two weeks as you have for the last many weeks, perhaps even more as the “books” will be thinner.
It’s been a good couple weeks of trading for us. Not trading the most common of instruments (Soybeans – Canadian Dollar – Coffee – Cocoa – Natural Gas) but given that AMS DeltaPrint, BookFlow and MarketProfile tools produce signals that are accurate more than 90% of the time for these commodities we’ll just continue doing what we are doing.
What, some of you may wonder why we’re not trading the indices. Don’t worry we trade the overnight, primarily European related markets. There is reasons; the AMS DeltaPrint, BookFlow and MarketProfile tools produce signals that are accurate more than 90% of the time for these indices. Even the US indices are easier to trade overnight and besides, I’m nocturnal being raised an only child in a household with more cats than I can remember.
So back to the holiday theme. Together with Niels we are happy to take the time to help you get set up. I’m happy to take that a step further with respect to providing information as to how we have obtained the solid trading results spoken of above.
If you want to take “The Wizard” up on this wonderful holiday offer simply send me an email at thewizard@amstradinggroup.com and we’ll get you scheduled. I’m based on Vancouver Island on the west coast of British Columbia in Canada so take that into consideration.
Fifty years of hands on experience in all facets of the commodity futures markets is something I’ll impart to those who take the time to send me an email at thewizard@amstradinggroup.com. I am looking forward to “talking” to you and trust, like everyone you meet, I’ll learn something as well.
So happy holidays to all and a new year’s wish for happiness and good health; if you have those to things you own the greatest of gifts anyone can ever ask for; be thankful and give to others who are less fortunate. That’s what this season is all about.
Happy 2019.
